item arrived in double box in very good condition. Sizing is accurate and comes with straw attachment and short strap. Material finish is good. Cap opens both ways. Works as expected.
Excellent design. I choose for ceramic coating to preserve coffee taste. Been using it for couple of days and I am happily suprised how easy it is to clean. The ceramic layer does not stain, so a big plus. When using teabag, you can remove label and put the string through sipping hole and then secure it clamped with the straw lid.

Lightweight and good quality. No leaking and keep water around 6-7 hours. I put 100c hot water after 7 hours, it’s turned to warm water. I will buy again for gift.
My wife wanted ceramic instead of stainless steel, she's happy so I am happy.
