good fit. a bit too snug. could tend to be just a smidge bigger for the size, but overall, it does what it's supposed to do. support the knee if front and on the sides. don't wear it for too long. for me and my mother, wearing it for prolonged times, will tend to leave a mark on your legs, almost deforming your leg a bit due to the fabric being so tight. wear it for when your are doing a lot of activities, but at rest, or leisure times, take it off. this supports the knee really well. saved me from a doctor's visit, which I'm sure they would end up charging me a lot of money for the visit, and for the so called special knee brace. might be best to up size. if you are a medium type build person, see how a.large fits for you.
good fit, runt tight but I guess that's necessary? I bought a large for me and a medium for my mother, since she's got knee issues too. the large is really snug in me. probably could use an extra large, but I'm not even that big of a person, nor are my legs the size they used to be. lol.
